REVIEW STATUS: These are cautious draft website terms for local review before publication. They have not been represented as legal advice or as having completed legal review. Commercial, liability, consumer-law, and dispute provisions should be reviewed against the actual business and service agreements before release.

1. WEBSITE PURPOSE

This website provides general information about AeonSync Business Intelligence ("AeonSync") and ways to request contact or discovery. Website content is not legal, financial, tax, medical, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.

2. NO AUTOMATIC ENGAGEMENT

Submitting a form, sending a message, using a diagnostic preview, or booking a call does not by itself create a client relationship or require AeonSync to accept work. An engagement begins only when the applicable written proposal or agreement has been accepted through the process stated in that document.

3. SERVICES, PRICING, AND OUTCOMES

Website service descriptions are capability summaries. Actual scope, deliverables, dependencies, timing, pricing, credits, support, acceptance criteria, and data responsibilities must be confirmed in writing for each engagement.

Diagnostics, forecasts, savings estimates, ROI scenarios, benchmarks, demonstrations, and AI outputs depend on inputs and assumptions. They are not guarantees of revenue, profit, savings, uptime, response time, ranking, market performance, or any other business outcome.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting credentials, obtaining authority and permissions for systems or data you ask AeonSync to use, reviewing decisions and outputs, and complying with the rules that apply to your business. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information through public website forms.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful content, impersonate another person, or use any scanner or diagnostic feature against a website or system you are not authorised to assess.

6. AI AND AUTOMATION LIMITATIONS

AI and automated systems can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Material decisions should have proportionate human review. Availability also depends on third-party providers, connectivity, permissions, and the agreed operating design. No public page creates authority for an automated system to send, publish, purchase, deploy, or make a binding decision.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Links or integrations may lead to services operated by third parties, including calendar, email, WhatsApp, and Meta services. Their availability, content, security, and data practices are governed by their own terms. A link does not imply control or endorsement of everything on the destination service.

8. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, AeonSync website text, branding, design, and original materials may not be copied, republished, or presented as another party's work without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Client deliverables and licences are governed by the applicable written agreement.

9. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Website personal-information handling is described in the privacy notice. Public forms are not a confidential document-delivery channel. Confidentiality and data-processing terms for client work should be recorded in the applicable agreement.

10. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY DRAFTING HOLD

AeonSync may correct, change, suspend, or withdraw website content or features. The site is provided on an as-available basis. The final allocation of warranties, consumer rights, exclusions, and liability limits requires legal and commercial review and should not be inferred from this draft.

11. LAW AND DISPUTES DRAFTING HOLD

These website terms are intended for a South African business context, but the governing-law, jurisdiction, notice, and dispute process must be confirmed during legal review. A signed service agreement may contain different or more specific provisions.

12. CONTACT AND CHANGES

Questions can be sent to hello@aeonsync.io. The date above should be updated when these terms change, and the applicable version should be retained for recordkeeping.
